We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, all Jewells pieces come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
