Returns & Exchanges
At Jewells, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure the original tags are attached and the jewelry is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Jewells account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Carefully place the jewelry in its original display box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
